Summer programs
Every summer I organize 30-minute workout sessions for kids ages 5-12. I normally do it on Sunday mornings at 10:30AM…Not too early for kiddos!!!
Active adult programs
I offer programs to help adults get in shape in a low-pressure environment.
Private 1-on-1 sessions
I do 1-on-1 sessions. I create a program based on your individual situation and needs
Community events
I work with non-profit organizations in our area and offer workout sessions
