Fun N Fitness was envisioned during the pandemic as a way of providing opportunities for children and their families to connect in a safe environment. Post-pandemic , we continue to see a positive impact in the community and have expanded this program to promote fitness within communities and non-profit organizations
About Aastha
Hi, my name is Aastha
I am passionate about fitness and gymnastics.. I have done competitive gymnastics for the past 12 years. Some of my accomplishments include New York State Vault Champion & Regionals Bars Champion, representing North Carolina. As a part of gymnastics training, I have been trained in exercises requiring balance, strength, and flexibility. Through this initiative, I want to combine my passion for fitness and love for kids into a delightful experience that children will enjoy.
